1. Eligibility for Refunds

- The shipment was cancelled prior to dispatch.
- A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
- The shipment was not delivered due to an error on the part of FassCargo Inc.
Refunds will not be issued in cases such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the sender.
- Customs delays, government restrictions, or unforeseen external factors.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or public emergencies).
2. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Contact our support team within 7 business days of the issue.
- Include your shipment tracking number, payment reference, and a brief explanation.
- Send your request to support@fasscargo.com or use our Contact Us form on the website.
Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond with the outcome and next steps.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Returns and Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered and must be returned:
- Return shipping costs will be charged to the sender unless the issue was caused by FassCargo Inc.
- Returned shipments will be stored or re-delivered as per customer instructions.
- Items not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of according to company policy.
5. Shipment Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before pickup or dispatch.
Shipments already in transit may not qualify for a full refund.
